ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Step-by-Step Admission Procedure

Obtain Application Form

Application forms can be obtained from the college office soon after the announcement of SSLC / PUC results, or initiated via our online inquiry form.

Submit Documents & Forms

Duly filled-in application forms along with attested copies of marks cards and transfer certificates are submitted to the college office.

Merit Selection Announcement

Selection of eligible candidates is conducted purely on merit and admission rules of the PU Board / Bangalore University and displayed on the notice board.

Principal Verification & Enrollment

Selected candidates meet the Principal along with parents/guardians with original marks cards, TC, conduct certificates, and photographs for formal admission.

DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

Required Documents Checklist

Candidates are required to bring original documents along with three sets of attested copies at the time of the final admission interview with the Principal:

01Original & Attested copies of SSLC / 10th Standard Marks Card
02Original & Attested copies of PUC / 12th Standard Marks Card (for Degree & D.Ed admissions)
03Original Transfer Certificate (TC) issued by the respective school or college last attended
04Migration Certificate for candidates coming from outside Karnataka State
05Conduct & Character Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last attended
06Four recent stamp-sized colour photographs

* Candidates from outside Karnataka must obtain a valid migration certificate prior to enrollment.
